26 North Avenue

The 26 North site has site plan approval for a 22-story, 170-unit apartment building with 200 parking spaces, and 10,000sf of retail on the ground floor. It will be the tallest building in Bayonne’s history, and is located right next to the 8th Street Hudson-Bergen Light Rail Station. Seen in the rendering, a second tower has also been designed, which is as of right in this re-development zone.
